If you are trying to be a beta tester for Samsung One Ui 2 which brings Android 10 to your Samsung Galaxy S10 devices (S10 Plus, S10 or S10e), you should try the steps below:

  1. Create a Samsung account on this link , if you haven’t already.
  2. Download and install the Samsung Members app.
  3. Log in to the app with your Samsung account and look for a banner in the main screen that says “ONE UI 2 BETA with Android 10” (see photo above)
  4. Click register and follow instructions.
  5. Navigate to Settings > Software update and select Download.

One Ui 2 Beta program is only available in select countries right now including US, Germany and South Korea. Works with unlocked phones and some carriers.
