If you purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 or Note 20 Ultra, you probably remember that when you unboxed your Note 20 smartphone, it only came with the phone, a user guide, a charger and a cable. It did not come with the wired AKG earbuds that used to come with older models.

- Once you are at the website, they will ask you for your phone number. Enter it and submit to recieve a special text message with a unique link to complete your request.
- Check your text message.
- Click the link in the text message, and you will be asked to input your IMEI number.
- To get your IMEI number, on your samsung phone, go to “Settings > About Phone”, and you will see your IMEI number listed right there.
- Put the IMEI number on the website and you will be asked to fill in your name and shipping address and you are good to go!
- Enjoy your wired AKG buds once they arrive.
